It's a small restaurant but the food is full of flavors! I’ve been ordering from them for a while from pho to drinks. Highly recommend ordering combination pho 1/2 and Chicken pho! Today, I ordered their sauteed beef rice bowl, poached eggs, and Tamarind drink. The beef rice bowl has a lot of flavor and the drink is nutty and not too sweet for me.

Pluses: + Poached egg was awesome + Rare beef was good and tender + They have garlic vinegar, lime, and fermented chili instead of Sriracha and Hoisin + Pho was lowkey, not overcrowded with beansprouts and mint like the Southern style + Ice tamarind was nice Minuses: - Broth was very subpar. Too salty and fatty and not clear enough I might go back for their chicken pho but not if they have the same type of heavy broth.

Very different pho than what I am used to, definitely cleaner and less sweet! There is a lunch special going on where u can add a drink/side for free with ur pho [during 12 - 2pm]. #1: Brisket [sliced] + beef flank [crumbly]: the meats were very flavorful, very OG tasting and clean. Honestly didnt feel the need to add much to the soup. #4: Braised beef [red stuff] + beef flank [crumbly]: again meats were yummy. The braised beef was so tender, it was sooo good. Soup is a bit heavier than #1 and more spiced (not spicy). Personally preferred this. **there were sauces on the table u could add in... like garlic, chili sauce, or limes Drink: The OG Viet coffee -- love viet coffee. Super intense with the condensed milk for sweetness. I personally wished there was a bit more condensed milk. Side: Poached egg -- a bit undercooked for my friends liking. The egg whites were still pretty clear. It came in a broth which I enjoyed-- very cinnamon(?) forward! Worked well with the egg yolk. Service: Server was super nice and friendly, but I do think they are understaffed. The one guy mans the cashier, brings out the food/drink/sides, and clears the table. Soup is the pho here is amazing!! We are quite picky with pho as we have been to Vietnamese and we have been almost all pho places possible in Manhattan. This place really shine with the a little big of wavy noodle and soup that has actually bone flavor instead of msg like most other places out. It has lunch set comes with free drink or poached egg. Plz try their poached egg since its amazing to dip with oil sticks or put inside pho . I am so glad something solid, healthy and delicious pho specialized place is near us . Thank you for offering such a delicious pho.

I took my parents here to eat for the first time and heard about this place through a Vietnamese friend. She said this place served really authentic Vietnamese food compared to the other pho places in NYC. I got #4 which i thought was pretty good, the broth was flavorful and the meat tasted pretty normal. But after a while my mom said that her’s (#5) did not taste fresh, and some of the meat tasted sour. My dad also said his pho (#2) broth was very bland, the meat tasted sour. Probably won’t come back again, if i do I’ll probably be getting #4 cuz it was the only one that tasted normal.
